Responsibilities
- Review the company’s target audience, goals, and existing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Deliver a comprehensive report outlining the results of the assessment and outlines the proposed strategy to 2x volume over the 6 months
- Manage a team of 1 in-house specialist (mid-senior Growth generalist), 1 part-time contractor (Hubspot), and 1 specialized agency (paid media)
- Develop a hiring plan and build the high performance team thats needed to execute on the new growth strategy that will be defined
Mandatory experience Must have 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS, or results running similar playbooks Must have experience scaling monthly budget from ~$100k monthly to at least $500k monthly (and beyond) Nice-to-have experience Bonus points if your work has helped a Series B company get to Series C funding Bonus points if you have proven results in specific SaaS verticals; content systems, or customer engagement platforms
