Store Manager
A full time opportunity for a store manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and the running of the UK’s fastest growing pizza franchise has arisen. The role of store manager is essential in supporting the franchisee to ensure the store is well-run with a high focus on delivering high quality produce, whilst maintaining high profitability at the same time.
The role will include supervising staff and personnel within the store, regular stock checks, quality control, customer service and administrative duties.
Key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
-Supervising staff
-Team management and leadership skills including training and development
- Staff motivation
- Excel performances of store
-Someone who leads by example, has excellent inter-personal skills and has very high standards in all aspects of their work, cleanliness, delivery, output and overall performance.
-Reporting to the owner on sales, issues and improvement
Must be able to work weekends
Pizza experience is necessary
Shift patterns to be discussed dependent on various factors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
