Job description
As part of the Pizzeria team your role is to make sure that our customers have a great experience every time. Oozing with that natural hospitality charm you play a key role in ensuring that the Pilgrims vibe is alive during every shift, our Pizzas are always heading to the customers straight from the pass hot and looking good and it’s always a ‘one team one dream’ approach to every shift.
Ensuring the high standards we are all looking for requires every Waiter to excel in three key areas;
Hospitality - Taking pride in what you do, always making sure our customers have an incredible experience, whilst being yourself naturally
Keeping your Pizzeria looking fresh - Be hands on and hard working, ensuring the pizzeria is always looking its best inside and out
Team Support - We work hard but always help each other out, having fun along the way
