About the team
The E-Commerce Campaign Team is the core team to support the prosperity and development of local e-commerce business in the UK. As the integrated resource team, the Campaign Team will be responsible for leading the local business team and XFN teams in the UK local e-commerce campaign activities, such as Black Friday, Valentine's Day and other exciting local online campaigns. In the campaign team you will have the opportunity to experience multi-departmental collaboration, take on challenging projects and complete them with a sense of accomplishment.
- Responsible for campaign landing, developing and executing UK TTS campaigns, including mega sales, occasional festivals (e.g. paydays) and other platform campaigns, responsible for the outcomes and ROI
- Support Platform Campaign Merchandise operation from merchants supply analysis to campaign products performance review;
- Support Platform Campaign User growth with UG team and campaign users drive performance reviews;
- Facilitate communication on merchandise-related technical product feature enhancement, and conduct relevant SOP from a campaign operation perspective;
- Conduct campaign KV & material design. Develop the voucher strategy and do flexible adjustment during campaigns based on realtime performance and budget constraints. Keep upgrading campaign experience by providing innovative ideas, building partnerships and configuring gamifications etc
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal account managers, user research, creator manager, and other cross functional teams (e.g. UG team, PR, graphic designers, product team, R&D team etc etc) for campaign landing and optimization
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns
- At least 3 years of relevant experience on large ecommerce platforms, E-commerce background and with UG related working experience is better;
- Strong communication skills and multi-stakeholder management skills.
- Strong stress management and time management skills, can always task prioritize and deliver results efficiently.
- Logical thinking with a strong data-mindset, with hands-on experience on Excel spreadsheet
- Adapt to change, and able to work in a fast-pace and ever-changing working environment, experience from working across different cultures preferred.
- Open minded and passionate about bridging information among teams.
- Understand merchandise operation, being price sensitive with strong research and report writing skills.
- Attention to details, being patient and humble, with a good sense of budget management and practical mathematical knowledge.
- Fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in English is required
