Job description
Salute at The White Swan is a busy, independent, local restaurant, based in Rothwell, just outside Leeds City Centre, is looking for a pizza chef to join the team.
We have a strong management, restaurant and kitchen team, already in place, and we are looking for likeminded people to seamlessly join us. In addition to our restaurant, we also have a beautiful outdoor dining area.
We are a fresh food Italian Style restaurant, using the best ingredients, working closely with local suppliers, as well as, quality imported produce from Italy.
As our Pizza chef you must have experience of running your own section within the kitchen.
You must work well as part of a team, whilst showing good leadership skills.
You have to demonstrate excellent communication with our head chef and management team.
You must show willingness to improve and learn, with always showing excellent knowledge on food and looking to bring your own twist to our menu that is already in place.
Good time-keeping is a must along with, knowledge on stock control, menu development, understanding of the company’s procedures, training and excellent health and hygiene awareness.

You will be asked to work 2-4 days per week - Approximately 28 / 30 Hrs Per week
