Pipefitter Welder - TIG
Peterborough, PE7 3HH.
2no. vacancies, 3 month contract which may lead to further work.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

With this in mind, this is a fantastic opportunity for a pipefitter welder - TIG to join the company supporting a major project in Peterborough, PE7 3HH.
Duties
As a suitably qualified and experienced pipefitter welder - TIG, you will be working on site at a major food production facility in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Typical duties will include fabricating and butt welding schedule 10 and schedule 40 mild steel and stainless steel pipework 2" up to 8" diameter, along with 1" to 4" OD thinwall stainless steel pipework. Other duties will include installing mapress pipework, manufacturing brackets and the associated pipe supports along with assisting other pipefitter welders as necessary.
About You
Based ideally in Peterborough, you will need to live within a commutable distance of PE7 3HH.
Demonstrable experience of pipefitting and stainless steel TIG butt welding within a food, drink or petro chemical processing environment is essential for this role.
You'll also need to have good all round welding experience with current or previous coding's to back this up.
