Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with finding the right solutions for their needsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamWe offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth.
