Chicken Factory Worker required for immediate start.Poultry Picker/Dispatch workers required for a fast paced, professional and target driven distributor based in Claydon, Ipswich.Suitable Candidates must be willing to work in a team and meet expected production targets.Main daily responsibilities:DeboningCuttingCleaning workstationsEviscerationProduct inspectionPerform various assembly line style job functionsHandling, moving, loading and sealing boxesOperating line machineryUtilizing a pallet jackMoving product from one part of plant to anotherGeneral handling of birds and/or poultry meatDuties:- Perform various tasks in a poultry processing plant, such as sorting, cutting, and packaging poultry products- Operate machinery and equipment used in the processing of poultry- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment- Follow all safety protocols and proceduresRequirements:- Mechanical knowledge to operate machinery and equipment- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sorting and packaging poultry products- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructionsNote: Prior experience in the poultry industry is preferred but not required.
