MyFreshCo Limited is Coventry & Warwickshire's leading independent, family run, fresh produce & dairy supplier.
We source and deliver the freshest produce direct to Restaurants, Care Homes, Schools, Hospitals and also the contract catering sector from our warehouse in Coventry throughout the Midlands regions. Be it Coventry, Birmingham, Cannock, Warwickshire, Leicester, Derby, Rugby, Corby, Bedford or Milton Keynes.
The role consists of picking and packing orders for our customers. The products you will be packing include: Fruit, Veg, Herbs, Bread, Dairy Products etc.
Hours will be approx 2pm - 7pm / till orders for processing have been completed. Can be slightly flexible on start time for the right candidate.
Working days: Sunday - Thursday
- Packing & weighing of fresh produce as per customer order.
- Quality checks and Quality assurance of fresh produce being picked and packed per order
- Some lifting of boxes up to 25kg required.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to.
- To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements.
- This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.
- General Duties outlined by your manager
- Rotation of stock
- Receiving and processing orders on our ordering system recieved via voicemail/email
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
