Job description
Full time picker and packer required in despatch department.
Wrapping kitchen doors, panels, units and accessories in cardboard whilst carefully checking off packing notes to ensure no item is missed off a delivery.
Ongoing quality control during picking / packing to ensure only the best quality items are packed and despatched.
The labouring element will involve ensuring the work areas are clean and tidy.
Also helping ensure other departments have empty bins, replaced extraction bags when full.
Loading of an incinerator to ensure constant waste removal of timber.
There may also be an element of labour in prep departments when required, which will involve orbital and hand sanding of doors and panels.
Keen eye for detail and ensuring paperwork is correct is vital.
