• Position: Picker/ Packer
• Salary: £23,400 per annum (£10 per hour) plus very good company benefits
• Location: North Chailey, East Sussex
• Hours: Monday – Friday – 45 hours per week, day hours
• Due to rural workplace location it is essential to drive and have your own transport. Plenty of free parking on site.

We are delighted to be working alongside our successful and established client as they seek to seek a Picker / Packer Operative on a permanent basis to work within their factory in North Chailey.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Picking and packing of product based on daily orders
• Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Keeping products separated, organised and in good rotation.
• Operating various pieces of equipment
• Reporting any mechanical problems to team leader
• Utilise continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follow good manufacturing practices and work safe practices.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• All necessary training given
• All PPE supplied

Qualifications / Skills required

Scanning and sorting outgoing stock

Picking, packing, and loading

Receiving, stocking, and stacking
