Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to advise on global People matters and to assist in the implementation of business strategies aligned with the company's overall strategic plan. As the CHRO, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our human resources function. You will develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business and operational goals, attract and retain top talent, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment. This individual will ideally be based in our Tampa, FL office and candidates interested in relocation are encouraged to apply.Some of What You'll Do
Scope of the Role:
- Partner with CEO and Senior Leadership team to review business strategies and priorities and align people resources to execute strategies.
- Coach senior leaders in all HR-related issues including employee recruiting and retention, employee relations, talent development, performance management, HR policies and guidelines, and employment law and practices.
- Guide HR reporting and analytics that will drive business decisions including monitoring and reporting of appropriate metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Leverage best practices to recommend, amend, and drive improvement to human resources systems, policies, processes and to ensure scalable service delivery.
- Oversee talent management initiatives to identify, assess, develop, engage, and reward high performing and high potential talent and ensure development strategies are in place to build capability necessary for future leaders of the business.
- Foster a flexible workforce strategy that identifies current gap areas and develops plans to acquire, grow, and develop talent to meet current and future needs.
- Coordinate initiatives to achieve diversity goals and takes steps to foster an inclusive culture.
- Drive the performance management process to ensure clarity of goals and expectations for business results, align performance with rewards, and drive a culture of accountability for results.
- Promote modern and effective total reward programs aligned with the size and profitability of our organization.
- Evaluate current benefit plans and recommend benefit changes and enhancements to include insurance, paid-time-off, leave management, and wellness benefits.
- Oversee the design and development of a high-performance compensation strategy and programs, with a focus on pay for performance.
- Participate in the investigation and resolution of employee concerns and complaints in coordination with the HR team.
- Partner with Legal to ensure specialized or sensitive issues are resolved in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee all elements of HR technology including Workday and other HRIS tools.
- Establish) for the HR team to continually optimize processes and deliver on objectives; establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
- Lead the HR team including maintaining and developing staff, managing budget, and providing quality HR customer service for all employees.
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field required. Master's degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of Human Resources experience with 10+ years of management experience in a global environment.
- Experience working in an organization of 1,500 employees or more is preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Special Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Society for Human Resource Management-Certified (SHRM-CP).
- Experience leading HR for a technology or professional services industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software applications (Workday preferred).

- Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals.
- Metric and data driven performance and proven ability to communicate goals/objectives, design and execute business plans, and interact effectively across all levels of a highly entrepreneurial organization.
- Able to build teams, leverage existing networks and build new ones, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key people externally and internally.
- Ability to regularly travel domestically and internationally.
