Job Title: Picker PackerJob Location: TF2, TelfordJob Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on days / 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on afternoonsRotating weekly schedule between the two shiftsJob Pay: £10.50 per hour on days / £13.13 per hour on afternoonsKey Responsibilities:Picking Orders: Accurately and efficiently select products from designated areas according to order specifications.Packing: Safely and securely pack selected items into appropriate containers, ensuring the integrity of the products during transportation.Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.Labelling: Properly label and prepare packages for shipment, including affixing shipping labels and ensuring all necessary documentation is included.Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by updating the system with product quantities and locations.Shift Rotation: Adapt to the rotating weekly schedule, working both day and afternoon shifts as required.Previous Picking Experience: Utilise prior picking experience to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order fulfilment.Reliable Commuting: Ensure reliable transportation to and from work to maintain punctuality.Pay Structure:The pay rate is £10.50 per hour for day shifts and £13.13 per hour for afternoon shifts.This job offers an opportunity for individuals with previous picking experience to contribute to the smooth operation of order fulfilment.
