About us:
We supply fully traceable and premium quality meats to businesses and residents within a 30 mile radius of Maidenhead and surrounding areas within the Thames Valley, including restaurants, public houses, schools, colleges, nursing homes, golf clubs and small independent caterers. We are also open for drop-in customer purchases.
We are members of the National Craft Butchers. We comply with all UK and European food standards procedures i.e. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). All our staff are trained in food production, handling and preparation to comply with the Food Standard Procedures
Key Responsibilities:
· Receipt of goods, temperature checking and quality control
· Ensure that our customers receive the best possible customer service at all times
· Present a professional and friendly impression of the company at all times
· Assist in the maintenance of standards in the cutting room
· Replenish stock levels when needed
· Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
Required Skills:
· Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately and consistently
· Attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks
· Personable and friendly
· The ability to work within a small team
