DISPATCH and STOCK PREPARATION ASSOCIATE
This role is based at TOFT HQ in rural Warwickshire. We are an entrepreneurial company looking for a flexible and adaptable individual to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow. This part-time position is suited to an individual with energy, attention to detail and a passion for great customer experience. Hours will be 9.30-13.30 Monday to Friday, with some flexibility so please enquire around that. There is also the opportunity for overtime at peak times and growth within the company.
As a luxury wool company we strive to deliver excellent products with exceptional presentation. Your role will be to deliver great quality products to our online customers as if you were shopping for yourself.
Responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking and packing customer website orders
- Making up kits as part of a team ready to despatch to our retail stockists
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock preparation
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Able to work on your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills with peers and leadership teams
- Ability to learn quickly and work within a fast paced environment
- Numeracy and literacy skills

Job Type: Part-time.
Hours: 20hrs per week
Location: TOFT HQ, Warwickshire.
Salary: Starting on £10.90/hour £11,336/year rising following 6 month probation.
