Job description
Job Title: Packer
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly prepare products for dispatch through the process of assembly, packing, and appropriate labelling
- Packaging and labelling, placing items into appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, bags, or containers. Applying labels, barcodes, and other identification as needed
- Consistently accurate packaging and labelling with minimal error or flaws
- Meeting deadlines, working efficiently to meet packing quotas and shipping deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Maintaining cleanliness,keeping the packing area clean, organized, and free from clutter to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Handling fragile items Using extra care and appropriate packaging techniques when dealing with delicate or fragile products to prevent breakage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
-Capability to lift both lightweight and substantial boxes
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
-Organization skills, (ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment)

Work Schedule:
- The prospective employee would be expected to work from 11:00 AM to 3:00PM totalling four hours per day, Monday through Friday.
-Although our business is currently small, we are experiencing rapid expansion. As a result, we anticipate the need to increase the working hours for the prospective employee in the near future
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
