Job description
Burnside E-Commerce Fulfillment are the leading independent e-commerce fulfilment centre in Teesside and due to increased customer demand, we are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our team as an office-based picker & packer in a working warehouse environment.
You must have:
- Great IT/computer skills
- Experience in pick and pack
- Excellent attention to detail
You are expected to:
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Have a proven great attendance record
- Maintain a clean/organised work environment
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Pick and pack of customer orders
- Processing of returns
- Update spreadsheets with order information
- Liaise direct with customers on general queries
Job details:
- 45 hours per week (0800-1730)
- Monday to Friday
- Salary pay
- 20 holidays (plus bank holidays), increasing by 1 per year capped at 25
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,570.00 per year
