You will ensure that all administrative tasks requested by our infrastructure provider are submitted within the timelines requested, all current engineering principles, company specifications, manuals and method statements for all Zzoomm operational activities, equipment and materials are readily available on Zzoomm shared drives and databases.
Your key responsibilities will be...
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders as well as Zzoomm technical and regional teams. You will ensure that any issues with products and methods are formally captured and reported to the relevant parties promptly.
- You will be ensuring that all the documents databases are well organised, have correct naming, references and requested information reported on them and distributed to the relevant agencies.
- Act as one of the main points of contact for all regional team members in relation to any Network adjustments.
- Participate in calls and meetings and will own any documentation related tasks on behalf of Zzoomm.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are current and in place these records are to be, up to date and well maintained on a daily basis i.e. as builds, A55 blockage reports and any other network adjustments.
- Work closely with HSEQ and Training teams to advise on the latest standards changes and records held on behalf of Zzoomm. Any changes or requirements are too be reported at the earliest opportunity.
- Produce reports on status of Zzoomm standards library and be responsible for relevant KPIs.
- Be the main point of contact for organising and ‘Zzoommifiying’ all documentation and standards relating to PIA within our organisation and distributing to relevant personnel.
- When new software’s and systems are brought in, you will be the main point of contact for assisting in the upload of any documentation and organising the database within the new software.
