Physiotherapist Health Assessment, hybrid office and home based in Warrington
Full time 37.5 hours or Part time from 22.5 hours per week
£39,500 base salary (pro-rata for part time physiotherapist)
We are recruiting HCPC Registered Physiotherapists who possess excellent UK Physiotherapy assessment and treatment experience, report writing experience and ETW.

- Experienced Physiotherapist required with NHS rotational experience, and clinical experience with varied medical presentations
- A diverse position where you will meet patients face to face, as well as conduct medical file review
- Your physiotherapy expertise is used to create a detailed medical report on each case considering medical history, presentation at the appointment and relates to the ADL and capabilities of each patient considering their condition(s), and mental and physical disabilities
- Work in a regular and stable environment with good working hours, relationships and facilities
- Broaden your medical knowledge and enrich your physiotherapy expertise with pharmacological, physical, mental health, neurological and further branches of health and medicine
- Help patients and funders to ensure a holistic and comprehensive assessment is conducted and full written report provided
- Be part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team including varied medical practitioners, subject matter experts (SME) and non-clinicians who are integral to the service to clients and patients
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist including NHS mental and physical health settings
- Diversity and disability inclusive
- Expertise as a clinician, preferably holding Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) membership
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- IT Competent, able to concisely document observations using IT systems
- Unrestricted eligibility to live and work in the UK
