Physiotherapist
Duties:
- Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote recovery and prevent further injury
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on therapy for extended periods of time
- Compassion and empathy towards patients
Note: Experience in a specific area of physiotherapy (e.g. sports rehabilitation, geriatric care) may be required depending on the position.
