THE ROLE & SKILLS NEEDED:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our hardworking and friendly multi-disciplinary team of professionals. You will have experience of working with individuals with complex health, learning and physical disabilities.
You will need a minimum of two years’ experience, working as a qualified Physiotherapist in a similar setting or within the Community Team. You will be required to work closely with the Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language and Nursing teams, to ensure that the holistic needs of the people we support are met and evidenced, in line with best practice.
You will be responsible for assessing individual needs to support 24 hour to include postural management, hydrotherapy, rebound and support with chest management. You will have excellent communication skills and have a person centred approach.
HOURS OF WORK
Permanent - Full-time 37.5 hours a week
PAY: £36,000 - £40,000 Depending on skills and experience - DHRT grade 6
