About the team:
The Physical Security team is part of the Enterprise Services (ES) department and is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of physical security programs to support global operations. The team is comprised of experienced and passionate physical security professionals from diverse backgrounds across corporate security, military, law enforcement, and government sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update investigation-related policies, standards, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple investigations across different jurisdictions globally and ensure all investigations comply with legal, corporate security, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external resources supporting investigations (e.g. Security, HR Partners, Ethics, Legal, Subject Matter Specialists, Consultants)
- Prepare high-standard investigation reports and provide recommendations for actions to minimize the loss and mitigate control deficiencies
- Deliver reports to relevant internal and external governance stakeholders to support decision-making and implement disciplinary and mitigating measures
- Support and implement investigation training, including presentations and workshops
- Analyses data and interprets trends and risk areas; presents to management for control optimisation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Security Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an international corporate environment in criminal, financial, or employee investigations (theft, workplace violence, fraud, harassment, etc.)
- Proficient and experienced with investigative techniques
- Proficient and experienced in conducting subject and witness interviews
- Experience with the use of data analytics and document review tools and handling evidential material
- Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is preferred
- Excellent Judgement, Honesty, and Integrity to the highest degree
