We are looking for a creative Junior Content Creator to join our Design team. The responsibilities include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the Creative Director, and improving design tasks.

Duties of the Junior Content Creator include:

• Someone with excellent communication skills

Photography Assistant/Retoucher Apprenticeship

We are looking to expand our creative team to include an apprentice Photography Assistant. Whilst the primary function will be photography, the role will be very varied and will require a “can do attitude” with a willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.

• Assisting other teams when necessary.

E-Commerce and Stock Administrator Apprenticeship

The E-Commerce / Stock Administrator will sit between the sales and marketing teams to oversee day to day sales activity on key marketplaces including Amazon and Wayfair, as well as through our new dedicated B2C website.

Duties of the E-Commerce and Stock Administrator include:

• Managing listings and content on e-commerce website using Magento 2 CMS.
• Maintaining marketplace listings on Amazon, Wayfair and other platforms.
• Identifying improvements to written and visual content for peak sales performance.
• Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to implement pricing and promotion programmes.
• Managing customer information and delivery details from online sales.
• Processing orders and liaising with delivery partners to fulfil orders.
• Leading on stock control, stock data and online sales reporting.
• Working with buyers to track goods-in and maintain stock levels across Magento and Sage200.
• Coordinating with the warehouse to carry out stock checks, annual stock takes and identify discrepancies.
