Position Title: Real Estate - Photographer & Videographer

Job Overview:

We are a London-based real estate agency specialized in providing sales services to Asia Pacific and local clients. We are currently seeking a talented Photographer and Videographer to join our team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, good at capturing spaces and environment, have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of our property listings. Your work will play a pivotal role in presenting our properties in the best light to potential buyers and investors. You will have the opportunity to work in various locations across London, collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to create compelling visual content.

Job Responsibilities:

Photography and Videography: Create stunning images and videos of (new build) properties, showcasing their key features, space and sizes, interior, facilities, architecture, and surroundings.

Editing: Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and meet the development and our company needs.

Content Organization: Organize and maintain a library of visual content, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Angle and Location Scouting: Identify suitable shooting angles, locations, considering lighting, composition, and aesthetics.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align visual content with marketing strategies and client expectations.

Scheduling: Manage your shooting schedule efficiently to meet deadlines and accommodate property owners and clients.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and privacy regulations when capturing and sharing visual content.

Job Requirements:

1) Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

2) Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software.

3) Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and photography/videography techniques.

4) Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Understanding Chinese is a plus not compulsory.

5) Familiarity with London neighbourhoods and landmarks is advantageous, and knowledge of real estate photography best practices is a plus.

6) Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

7) Attention to detail and a passion for visual, aesthetic, interior and storytelling.
