We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operative to join us on a 4 month fixed-term contract (3rd July - 3rd November), full-time basis working on the 14.00-22.00 shift at our Sales & Distribution division on site in Banbury.

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

  • The safe movement and transportation of products on lines and in the warehouse
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Production Room areas and following line closure procedures
  • Always operate CoPack machinery in a safe manner
  • Follow all health and safety, Quality, Good Distribution Practice and Standard Operating Procedures requirements for all executions undertaken
  • Carry out all CoPack tasks as directed by the CoPack supervisory team

What we are looking for in our ideal Production Operative:

  • You will have experience working in a busy Production environment
  • You will ideally have a PPT Licence or be willing to undertake the relevant training
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, but have autonomy to work individually
  • You will have a good standard of verbal and written English and numeracy
  • You must be available to start on 3rd July and work through to 3rd November inclusive
