Job description
- 2 years of property photography experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Skilled in composition, correct exposure, accurate colour, perspective control, and editing/retouching
- Must be able to photograph property exteriors producing images with straight verticals and correct perspective
- Must be able to photograph interiors with well-exposed windows using very basic lighting, software techniques, or a combination of both
- Attention to detail, focus, colour, and quality of light
- Proficient in Photoshop (or other relevant software)
- Must be able to produce floorplans
- Excellent communication and time management skills; always on-time to appointments
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks but also accept direction on given
- assignments
- Flexible in schedule availability
- Deadline-oriented; able to work quickly and efficiently to turn around photos within the given deadline
- Polite, proactive and reliable
- Presentable, confident and driven
- Must have a valid UK drivers license
- £140 per day
