Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Server Administration Specialist at IBM, you will be a part of a whole new generation of intelligent systems and technologies, more powerful and accessible than ever before.

Your role and responsibilities will include:
  • service-level reporting, risk, and contingency planning
  • Support-related responsibilities including sizing, troubleshooting, critical customer situations and much more
  • Applying your technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services implementation environment
  • Developing some of the most exciting technologies and product innovations in the world today
  • Delivering against milestones and project work assigned to the team within timescales and budget

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Installation and Configuration of:
  • VMware Vcenter, vSphere, vSan Windows server 2019, HyperV, Failover Clustering, Windows 10, WSUS, Symantec Antivirus.
  • Lenovo Servers and Workstations
  • Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS
Need to be onsite Hursley 5 days per week

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Good knowledge of:
  • Installation and Configuration of Solar winds
  • Juniper Routers and switches
  • NetGear switches
  • Meinberg timeservers
