Photographer/Videographer
The Photographer/Videographer will be responsible for taking and editing imagery and videos for all our in-house brands specialising in equestrian clothing wear and our award-winning equestrian and pet care product.
Responsibilities:
- Fashion/Product photography & videography.
- Photo and video editing to create new and creative content with the highest standards.
- Social media content creation for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- You will take charge on regular product shoots and take photographs and video content.
- The right use of the Adobe suite for photo and video editing purposes.
- Deliver impactful animated content, video, motion graphics that elevate brand campaigns.
- Should be comfortable with both creating own original conceptual design, as well as interpreting creative direction from team members.
- Working with the marketing team to roll out various impactful content.
- Keep up to date with trends, best practices, digital advancements and competitors.
- Maintain communication, accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative process in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a database for all content; collect images, videos and information.
- Attendance of events to subsequently document them.
Skills and Experience:
- A strong portfolio over a range of different medias and different styles for various brands/companies.
- Strong photography and videography editing skills.
- Experience creating a variety of content for multiple media platforms would be an advantage.
- Experience creating within a photography studio and outdoor settings.
- Multi-tasker that can respond to changes quickly and prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Able to work within multiple brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand look and feel across all content.
- Relevant qualification to degree level would be an advantage.
- Self-directed, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a flexible approach to work. Battles employs over 100 employees and therefore this role requires a good degree of organisation and a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
