Job Summary:
The Photography Producer will provide multi-discipline support to the entire Photo Team, from production support and content management to crafting compelling imagery that captures the magic of the Disney vacation experience. You will have the ability to run production plans and work under minimal supervision. This is an exciting position, working under fast paced deadlines and schedules.
Position Responsibilities
The Photography Producer is also a member of the new media / digital production and post-production teams, charged with crafting outstanding content. Responsibilities of this role include managing different budget levels, production timelines and on-set crews (large and small). You will lead productions for both small and large footprints under the direction of the Sr Manager, Creative Photo. You will also be a part of the Integrated Content Development team producing Video and multi-media campaigns in the ever-evolving New Media production space.
The Photography Producer will report to the Sr. Manager, Creative Photo.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years proven experience in Photography / digital / new media / social content, large production crews, media networks, or advertising agencies
- Proficient understanding of the latest technology
- Lead jobs with high profile production shoots with different budgets ($5K< ; <$500K)
- Manage partners charged with developing creative content and new ideas
- Experience and a understanding of content development across multiple media platforms
- Adapt to the changing digital environment of advertising/marketing production
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays and travel
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of our Disney Parks & Resort's brand
- Comfortable Preparing Presentations
- Experience in licensing music, clips, and developing clearances reports
