Due to continued growth within the print industry, we are looking for a skilled Photocopier Service Engineer to join our team.
If you have experience within the Managed Print Services industry and would enjoy working for one of the UKs largest television networks, then we would love to welcome you into our team.
The role
We are looking for a Photocopier Service Engineer to join our team based across two sites in White City, London (Approx. 10 minutes away from each other). You will be client facing and be responsible for configuring, servicing and maintaining all of the Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) and Printers at one of the UKs largest independent television networks.
Your responsibilities as an Photocopier Service Engineer will be:
- To service and maintain the machine fleet in line with the client’s requirements
- To escalate any issues back to the office so that they can be rectified as early as feasibly possible
- Plan and self-manage your calendar in accordance with the jobs outstanding, and SLA’s. Producing regular reports to client management on status of all machines
- Keep onsite stock levels maintained and up to date for the machines covered
- Provide preventative maintenance when required and plan these around normal daily EM calls
About you
- You will demonstrate experience of configuring, servicing and maintaining Multi-Function Devices and Printers
- You will have a genuine care and passion for customer service with excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- You will enjoy working in an environment where you have the ability to work both as part of team and individually
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Have a flexible approach to work with the ability adapt to an ever changing environment
- Due to the nature of the client, the successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check
