Phlebotomy is the skill of obtaining a blood sample by using varying techniques and equipment, whilst following trust guidance and policy. The teams provide a warm and welcoming supportive learning environment and share a wealth of experience and knowledge. Previous experience working as a Phlebotomist is not required as full supervised training will be provided. This role will require the post holder to wear personal, protective, equipment (PPE) including masks, aprons and gloves as per trust guidance. You must be able to work in a fast paced, high demand environment which sees a high turn over of patients daily.
