The Team
The Pharmacist Network is a clinical-led organisation that supports GPs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy tech services.

We are currently seeking a registered Pharmacy Technician to work in a General Practice based within Broughton area.
- Part time position available, 22.5 hours per week
- Must be local to Eccles area.
You will also be supported by a national network of pharmacists and technicians who are undertaking the same journey remotely and working on-site.
The Role
- Undertake medicine reconciliations of patient record
- Prescribing in line with the practice protocols
- Update patient records, support medicine reviews and synchronization for groups of patients i.e., care homes
- Help patients to get the best from their medicines by switching the medications to agreed and approved protocols
- Support with Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs)
The Skills
To join our team, you will preferably have experience of working in a general practice as a registered pharmacy technician.
You will have a relevant degree/qualification to show you are registered and you will be a highly focused and motivated individual.
You will be able to commute round Broughton.
