Pharmacy Dispenser Durham, England
Job description
We are looking for a Dispensing Assistant to work in a medium sized independent pharmacy just outside Durham. Dispensing Technicians or Accuracy Checking Technicians would also be considered.
Your responsibilities would include dispensing prescriptions and dosette trays, stock management, counselling patients on health issues and helping on the shop floor as needed. You will also assist the Pharmacist in delivering advanced pharmacy services such as blood pressure checks or immunisations.
Working hours would be 37.25 hours a week. This currently consists of all day Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, half day Wednesday and alternate Saturday mornings. Some overtime may be available throughout the year.
