Mersea road Pharmacy Colchester
Hours Monday, Wednesday & Friday 2-4pm (with overtime depending on number of deliveries)
Starting rate of pay: Up to £10.80 per hour
Own vehicle required 45p per mile mileage paid.
We are looking for a delivery driver with a caring, friendly nature to represent thr Pharmacy when delivering medication to our patients and customers. This is an essential extension of our pharmacy service.
The suitable applicant needs to have a good knowledge of the locality, a delivery app is used to plan the route.
We are looking for an applicant with good organisational skills and eye for detail which is essential for planning and organising their route around the area. You will need to be able to use a handheld phone and programme for marking out deliveries and route optimisation.
The applicant needs to be able to work effectively to time deadlines to ensure deliveries reach the customer in a timely manner ensuring that procedures are followed and be flexible to come back to the pharmacy to deliver any emergency prescriptions as required
