Pharmacist Deployment Specialist - NEPR Hybrid Working & UK Travel | Fixed Term | Full Time (with some weekend work) Nuffield Health is the charity that’s building a healthier nation, one day at a time. The NEPR programme will change the way we work across Nuffield Health and put in place a new technology-enabled operating model for our hospitals, replacing many of the manual and paper/location-reliant processes. At the core of this will be an Electronic Patient Record (EPR), which will be used by our clinicians and staff using mobile and traditional devices throughout our hospitals, clinics and gyms, as well as from remote locations outside the Nuffield Health estate. As the Pharmacist Deployment Specialist, you’ll define and lead new ways of working along with a team of skilled pharmacy specialists to represent the pharmacy, medicines management and ePMA, helping to define the future. You will also: Work with the deployment team, hospital change leads, change managers and heads of departments to analyse processes and clinical services for the Pharmacy department and EPMA requirement. Responsible for ensuring the Pharmacy dispensing, stock and EPMA elements of the system are usable and ready for implementation before going live in a site. Work closely with the NEPR deployment team, you’ll help to deliver all planned work activities, including process mapping, impact assessments, engagement, and readiness assessments across defined user groups to ensure the successful adoption of Trakcare into our hospitals. Build effective networks of Super-users and Advocates across all sites and ensure a successful acceptance of the solution into business operation. Coordinate the training of all pharmacy staff and partners and the transition to a live working solution. To succeed as our Pharmacist Deployment Specialist, you’ll have: Demonstrate relevant clinical experience Registered Pharmacist (GPhC) Strong attention to detail Ability to sustain high volume and high quality work Ability to deliver to deadlines Experience of working in a matrix organisation and achieving results via influencing others.
