One of Northampton’s most trusted independent community pharmacies is now looking for a GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join the team in delivering exceptional pharmacy services to the local community.
Dispensing up to 11,000 items per month, the pharmacy offers a comprehensive array of accessible services, both NHS and private: from repeat and private prescriptions to emergency medicines, medication reviews, smoking cessation services, blood pressure checks, health advice, flu and Covid-19 vaccinations, and more. The pharmacy is also proud to offer expanded sexual health and travel clinic services to people seeking advice in confidence or getting ready to go abroad.
As a Pharmacist, you will be a vital member of a team that has been highly praised for its members’ knowledge and professionalism, the range and efficiency of services offered, and its consistently friendly and supportive approach. You will lead the team in delivering outstanding pharmacy services and promote continuous development so that the pharmacy remains known for going above and beyond for community healthcare.
This is a permanent role for a Pharmacist, working 4.5 days between Monday and Saturday.
Person specification:
- You must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist.
- You must have previous experience practising within a community pharmacy.
- You must show understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and the Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS).
