Potential to gain Pharmacy dispenser NVQ2 qualification for the right candidate.
Overall Objective
Ensure all orders coming in and going out are handled in a manner that reflects Good Distribution practice and ultimately ensures the safety of patients destined to receive the product.
To complete tasks as and where required by the company and assigned by Management.
To adhere to company’s Standard Operating Procedures at all times and will comply with Good Distribution Practice. To comply with all company Health & Safety Policies, Procedures, Work Practices ensuring accuracy and quality at all times, and any other Health & Safety requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing online wholesale and stock orders using our in-house computer system ensuring correct processes are followed while maintaining accuracy and quality
· Packing pharmacy and wholesale orders ensuring deadlines are met on daily basis
· Booking in stock deliveries using our in-house computer system and replenishing stock.
· Communicating with our off-site administrative team on daily basis resolving order queries
· Involvement in quarterly stock count procedures
Skills Required:
· Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
· Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work with various teams within the business
· Organised and able to work under pressure
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to use computer and different types of systems
Education:
· GCSE minimum in Maths and English
Experience:
- Picking and packing
- Order processing
- Booking in deliveries
40 Hours:
Mon - Fri: 10:00am - 18:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
