The successful candidate will be joining a forward thinking organisation where sharing ideas and developing their people is how they have built their success.The RoleAs a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician you will work as part of a team reporting to an Operations Manager. You will be responsible for preparing aseptically dispensed products in accordance with defined procedures. Your main duties would include:·Reading, understanding and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) ·Measuring and mixing products using the correct apparatus and according to a worksheet·Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) at all times.·Adopting disinfection techniques such as spraying, cleaning and wiping down. ·Preparing aseptic unit equipment and supplies ready for compounding of products in the aseptic unit.·Completing documentation in line with company policies and procedures. ·Ensuring there is adequate stock and rotating stock accordingly.The Person – Skills and qualities requiredApplicants must have good hand manipulation skills and a keen interest in science or medicine preparation. A science related degree would be beneficial but not essential.
