Your new role
We are expanding our Gas Safe Technical Team. You will undertake maintenance, repair, minor and major project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential client requests. SLA and KPI driven, you will be responding to jobs instructed by our Maintenance Coordinators and Project Managers.

Your new duties
- Respond to reactive repairs and breakdowns within set SLA’s and KPI’s
- Strive to First Time Fix on all reactive jobs
- Work collaboratively with the RNW team
- Report further works required using RNW bespoke system App
- Provide technical support to office staff and clients when required
- To be responsible for the recording of parts used and diagnostics of each breakdown
- Through continuous improvement, you will drive the move from a “repair culture” to an “improvement culture”, enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge.
- Comply with statutory Health and Safety obligations at all times
Skills and Experience * Experience in reactive and planned maintenance
- Commercial Gas Qualification
- Gas Safe Registered
- Full UK driving license
- Good communication and customer service skills
- IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices
- Good time and diary planning skills
- Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department
