Keerthana UK Ltd is actively seeking a proficient and motivated Petrol Station Manager to take charge of our daily operations, ensuring a seamless blend of fuel services and retail convenience. Your role will be pivotal in steering our establishment towards continuous growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our petrol station and retail store, ensuring efficient fuel dispensing, meticulous inventory management, and captivating store displays.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and empower a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative culture that embodies excellence in service and operational efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
- Safety and Compliance: Uphold a secure and compliant workplace, adhering to industry regulations, conducting safety drills, and coordinating routine equipment maintenance.
- Financial Acumen: Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and profitability, strategizing initiatives to enhance sales while optimizing operational costs.
- Inventory Mastery: Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and replenishment cycles, ensuring optimal stock availability to bolster sales.
- Insightful Reporting: Generate regular reports encompassing sales trends, expenses, and operational performance, presenting informed insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in retail management, ideally within the fuel station or convenience store landscape.
- Exceptional leadership prowess, adept at motivating and guiding diverse teams.
- Innate customer-centric mindset and exemplary interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory control, financial analysis, and operational workflows.
- Well-versed in safety protocols and compliance within the fuel and retail sectors.
- Exceptional communication aptitude and adeptness in creative problem-solving.
- Flexibility to accommodate varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
