Job description
Pay - £11 per hour. 10-20 hours per week to start. 2-4 days per week to begin with - must be free Monday- Friday 9-3pm (school hours). Possible additional hours available subject to business needs.
We are looking for an experienced dog walker (or dog owner), who must be committed and reliable, to join our friendly & professional team. Regular weekday hours are required within the Morley area. Candidates must be able to commit to these hours.
To walk between 2 and 5 dogs per walk (training provided but MUST feel confident walking 5 dogs at once and off lead)
space provided on group walks for your own dog.
Insurance provided
Please note that hours may reduce in the school holiday period.

Experience of and love for dogs is essential
Cat feeding when required.
Full, clean UK Driving Licence & able to use own vehicle to safely transport the dogs. Boot space must be suitable and sizable for transporting dogs of all sizes.
Offers subject to; Application Form, Interview, Taster dog walk, Satisfactory References, DBS Check.
Responsibilities and Duties
We provide reliable, professional care for dogs of all types, sizes and ages. We walk small groups of dogs off lead (with the clients permission). You need to love and be confident around dogs and be a proficient driver, using your own car for pick-up's and drop-off's (equipment for dog safety provided). We walk in sunshine, rain and snow so you will need to have the appropriate clothing and footwear. You will need to be happy to walk in ALL weathers. You will also need to be fit enough to walk the dogs each day in any weather.
Successful candidates will be trained in the role before being expected to work alone.
Normal working hours are between 9-3pm, so this role can work around school hours if required. Our busiest time is around lunch time. We need someone who is reliable and will not let our clients down.
You will be self-employed, removing the hassle of maintaining business admin, paying for insurance, invoicing, chasing debt, getting holiday cover, marketing or finding and losing clients etc. Please note it is preferred and advisable that you live in this area or you will find the travelling will add a lot of time and expense to your day.
Being self-employed, you will be responsible for your own tax and NI contributions. You will pay for your own petrol and transport.
Qualifications and Skills
Full clean driving licence
Ability to use your own car for this work.
Experience of either owning a dog or working professionally with dogs. This is essential and sadly applications not stating this will be rejected.
