Job description
Responsibilities:
- Groom pets according to customer specifications and breed standards
- Bathe and dry pets, including brushing their fur and trimming their nails
- Perform basic grooming tasks such as ear cleaning and teeth brushing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of different dog breeds and their grooming requirements
- Ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments with care and compassion
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow grooming instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
Note: Prior experience as a pet groomer is preferred
