As our Marketing Executive, you will support our Marketing Manager in delivering business strategy and objectives to maximise candidate attraction and retention. This will be achieved through implementing traditional and digital marketing campaigns, in addition you will have ownership of all social channels with a view to growing our follower base and engagement levels.
Everyday You Will..
- Take ownership and daily management of our company social media accounts
- Write creative campaigns across the full range of channels, including email marketing and social content for both client and candidate audiences
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to increase candidate attraction and maximise brand awareness
- Liaise with and brief designers on new materials and projects
- Assist with paid recruitment marketing activities and campaigns including online and offline

To Thrive In This Role You Must Ideally Have..
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience working with and using social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram
- Experienced in working with social media reporting tools
- Good working knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
