Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide grooming services to a variety of pets, including bathing, brushing, and hair trimming
- Perform nail trims and ear cleaning
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from pet owners
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pet groomer is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming needs
- Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with care and compassion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality grooming services
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
Note: This position may require heavy lifting at times, as well as occasional pet sitting or kennel duties.
