About the Role
Seven Seeds Healthcare and several large health plans are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits starting in 2022! As a caregiver, you will be assisting members with their daily activities and needs and providing support to them in their homes and communities. This work is pivotal and provides important insights to help improve the overall health of these members.
An important part of the role is caring for members with chronic conditions, which requires a great deal of attention to detail, planning, and planning alone.
This is a full-time position that begins Monday through Friday with a work schedule that varies by client's home location.

- Supporting clients in activities of daily living (dressing, eating, dressing, toileting, etc.)
