Job description
Place Farm House is a 19 bed care home set in the residential area of Patcham. The home has been running for 30 years and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent care for each of our residents and we are looking to recruit a care assistant who has a desire to make a difference to the elderly in the daily care which they require.
The person must have the ethos to give the best of themselves in their work and join our ambition to be Brighton and Hove's first 'outstanding' rated home in the coming years. We strive to provide a supportive environment to work within, with management available daily to support you and allow you to thrive as a carer at Place Farm. There is the opportunity to do NVQ's in Health and Social care and we always look to promote from within if you have further ambitions in care.
We have a close knit team who know the home and this contributes to Place Farm being an enjoyable and fun place to work and provide care. We support our team development and motivated by having team get-together's 2-3x a year.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.75-£11.25 per hour
