There are options of FULL and PART TIME hours available.
Rotas are normally based from 0700-1430 and 1430 to 2230.
We attempt to keep you in the same area with the same clients to build on relationships.
PAY - starts at £11.50 for weekdays and rises to £12.50 on weekends with an hourly rate of £17.25 on Bank Holidays. - £24,000 per annum.

This role MAY BE SUITABLE for some non-drivers, depending on location and the ability to reach the starting address on their own.
For successful NVQ 3 applicants, this is further increased to £12 per hour and £13 at weekends - £18 on bank holidays £24500 per annum.
We pay far beyond any other care provider to ensure we are recruiting the best staff.
Care is not an easy job and we champion the cause for carers at a high level.

We look for dedicated individuals who genuinely want to make a difference.
We normally aim to recruit people with a minimum of a NVQ Level 1 in Social Care OR a good grounding in Health or Social Work background OR NVQ 2+ in childcare. On some occasions we recruit people without a Care Certificate (NVQ 1).
If you don't have a formal care background, don't let it put you off as we believe that it is worth training some people that already possess the right morals and ethics that align with our company.
We can provide you with all your mandatory training and a NVQ 1 to give you a formal qualification.
Your training doesn't stop there. You will receive a lot of on the job training directly with our award winning training team to ensure you are delivering the safest and highest quality of care.
What we can offer:
We pay higher than any other provider delivering a similar service in the area.
An NVQ LEVEL 3 in Health and Social Care - we can offer training up to level 3. This qualification will take you into a managerial level of providing support.
We also have relationships with training providers were we can sponsor people to do their level 4 and 5.
Our starting rate for a carer is £11.50 on weekdays, £12.50 on weekends and £17.25 on bank holidays. We have highers rates for NVQ 3 and above.
We also pay 45 pence per mile for travel.

We offer 28 days paid annual leave per annum (pro rata) with an additional 1 day added for every 3 years of service completed.
Along with mandatory training, we have our own in house award winning training team to keep you supported and safe with your knowledge of your role. We have recently recruited two further managers to further enhance our support and training to our staff.
We have our own cafe (1) Milcafe | Facebook and we use the resources in the building to deliver medication and moving and handling training, face to face.
It also provides an opportunity for some clients to come to the cafe whilst having their support.
We specialise in supporting client's who are diagnosed with Parkinson's, Dementia and physical age related conditions.
We only offer a minimum of 1 hour with each client. This is key to your work. You can do an amazing job when you are given the time to be able to do it properly.
What does a typical day look like?
It can vary depending on the clients you are supporting. We are very person centred so we tailor our services to the clients support needs.
This can include:
Reminding someone to take their medication.
Prepare breakfast
Helping someone get washed and dressed.
Taking the dog our for a walk.
Helping to order shopping online.
Accompanying someone to hospital appointments.
Re-ordering tablets from the chemist.
Taking a client to an activity or hobby.
Housework.
Sitting and having a chat.
It can vary from day to day and from client to client.
You have the opportunity to do your job well without driving numerous miles between every client and not being paid for it.
What we are looking for
We are looking for honest, reliable and motivated individuals who genuinely want to make a difference to peoples lives.
We prefer people that already hold a qualification in care (preferably a NVQ 2) but on some occasions, depending on our needs or the quality of the individual, we can support you with all levels of training.
You MUST have the following: This is non flexible.
A fantastic understanding of both written and spoken English.
Live within our geographical area (Lower Rossendale, Rochdale, Oldham, Littleborough, Heywood, Middleton and close surrounding areas.

Hold a FULL UK driving licence and have access to your own insured vehicle.
Be flexible to the needs of our clients
Be willing to become fantastic at your role.
