We're on the lookout for Retail Assistants to help build magical memories at Madame Tussauds London!
Come and mingle with the stars!
As Retail Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our guests during their time in our retail shop, offering a warm welcome, and encouraging them to stock up on merchandise.
You will need to help make sure the shop is fully stocked and looking presentable at all times and have the confidence to suggest products that our guests may want to purchase or be on hand to assist our customers with any queries they may have. You'll always strive to boost revenue and smash daily targets while demonstrating world-class customer service.
You can you bring the glitz and glam by,
- Being a customer focused teammate who isn’t afraid to proactively approach hundreds of guests whilst on the shop floor.
- Displaying salesmanship and using your skills to up sell all merchandise.
- Demonstrating that you are familiar with working within strict health & safety procedures and be willing to undergo training.
We’re a close-knit team, so we need teammates that are happy to help others as well as working independently.
Overall, we’re looking for candidates with a sense of fun and the desire to go out of your way to build memorable experiences daily!
We have part time seasonal contracts ( until September 2023) on offer. Our attraction is open daily so we will need you to have full flexibility as shifts will include weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
