Your mission
- To be the sole manager of a busy and dynamic calendar, ensuring smooth running of the CEO’s personal and business life day to day
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in different time zones
- Being the point of contact for the CEO, exercising judgment and taking initiative to action appropriately without supervision and to the highest standard of accuracy
- To smoothly deal with the management and booking of high-level meeting environments
- To successfully work both autonomously and in collaboration with the Support and Leadership teams
From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment; timelines and projects shift and accelerate - prioritising and multitasking are key
- Organise events and key meetings from start to finish i.e. welcoming guests, lunches, room bookings, IT set up, any contingencies on the day
- Book International travel including arranging visas and following the most current and up to date COVID regulations
- Manage the CEO’s agenda – ensuring the CEO is prepared every day for all meetings, travel, lunches, dinners
- Carry out admin related tasks as such as submitting expenses, POs
- Support with personal ad hoc arrangements: appointments, reservations, travel, financial (this may be outside of core working hours)
It’s great, but not required, if you have
- 3-4 years+ previous EA / PA support to C-Suite as a minimum
- G-Suite experience
- Experience working with different time zones across the world
- Experience working in Tech or Digital Health
