Our client is a hugely successful independent TV production company, producing much loved comedy and light entertainment shows.
It’s a vibrant, friendly and hardworking environment , so they’re looking for someone with these same qualities to join the team. In this busy and varied role, you will provide PA support to the Senior Management team, consisting of the Creative Director, MD and Head of Production , helping to ensure their daily lives run smoothly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality administrative support to the MD, CD and HoP, specifically;
- Managing complex and changeable diaries and ensuring their time is managed effectively
- Preparation of meeting materials and carrying out the necessary research to ensure the relevant people
- are fully briefed in advance
- Arranging national and international travel including taxis, flights & hotels and producing detailed
- itineraries and travel packs
- Maintaining efficient filing (electronic or hard copy), archive systems, and databases
- Reconciling expenses, credit card charges and petty cash with the support of the Finance team
- Coordinating brainstorms and run-throughs when required
- Managing award show submissions for our productions
- Organising tickets and travel logistics for industry events such as Edinburgh Festival & MIP TV
- Working with the Office Coordinator in planning companywide events
Person Specification:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a PA within a busy office environment
- Excellent administrative skills; well organised, detail-oriented, able to prioritise effectively, must have the ability to handle multiple demands and last-minute changes
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong time management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion
- Flexible, with a collaborative working approach
- Strong interpersonal and literacy skills with the ability to interact well with people at all levels
- High level of professionalism; resilient and calm at all times
